As President of Construction, Bob Fridrich leads project teams through our Design-Build process, starting with initial cost control and design development through on-site operations.

Bob has more than 18 years of construction industry experience, joining Geis Companies 9 years ago as Project Manager on “The 9” Historic Redevelopment Project in Cleveland, OH. His experience at Geis includes Industrial, Manufacturing, GMP Labs and Multifamily projects. Bob has a degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and carries a LEED-AP Certification.
