Kevin, Vice President of Geis Construction, has been with Geis Companies for 9 years having experience and training in civil/mechanical engineering. Kevin’s experience includes, industrial engineering, complex manufacturing space, ISO & GMP clean rooms, multi-family, transportation, warehousing, and material handling.

Specialties include conceptual estimating, project definition from conceptual design to project completion, project reporting, advanced CPM scheduling, and project budget control. He has led projects ranging in size from $1M-$70M and has led a variety of diverse teams consisting of engineers, owners’ representatives, designers, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors.
